This cameo brooch depicts a statuesque woman draped in elaborate veiling, leaning with her hand on an urn. The cameo is framed in 9ct gold, engraved by hand with vines and roses. The carving of this shell cameo is exquisite. The brooch secures with the C-clasp common to the Victorian era. Circa 1880.
Description.....The brooch measures 0.92" by 1.09". In Very Good antique condition. You should always expect some wear on Vintage and Antique jewels we consider it a part pf their charm.
