Sapphire & Diamond Details: The center natural yellow sapphire is a .93 carat Rectangular step cut VLI1 Medium to strong color. There are 32 accent diamonds with a total weight of 1.18 points, G-I in color.

Materials: 14k white and yellow gold, Natural Yellow Sapphire & Diamonds.

Measurements: 17.7mm x 15.9mm at the top, 2.5mm at the shoulder, and 1.4mm at the back of the shank.
