Warm White Gold Filigree & Diamond Cluster Ring
This unusual Art Deco ring is a shallow dome of white gold filigree, set with a dramatic cluster of thirteen twinkly little diamonds. The lacy 18k white gold has a warm tone, and the pretty old mine and old European cut diamonds have an approximate 0.55 total carat weight. Columns, laurels and other Classical motifs embellish the delicate pierce work gold. The cluster of diamonds packs a sparkle-punch typically reserved for a larger stone. I invented the term sparkle-punch and I encourage you to use it too. This would make a lovely and unusual engagement ring or a dreamy anniversary present. Circa 1920.
Details.....Currently a size 6. The top of the ring measures 17.4mm by 14.4mm and the band is 1.5mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
