Waves: An Oval Specimen Turquoise Ring

The loveliest shade of blue. This graceful oval of specimen turquoise inspired a special scalloped edge frame, the setting hand fabricated in house is a shining example that the time honored ways of jewelry making live on. A triple band with curlicue shoulders holds this beautiful gem on the pedestal it deserves. The elegant one of a kind setting is crafted of recycled 14k yellow gold. Made by hand in our in house studio each setting is designed for its unique gem. We only use recycled gold and vintage gems.

There will be about 2 dozen lovely individual pieces of American Turquoise jewelry in The Specimen collection. I purchased a gorgeous group of Turquoise stones from an estate several years ago. Each lovingly collected piece is a different shade of green and or blue with interesting matrix, some so clear, so blue as to seem otherworldly.
