This delicately pierced and engraved platinum ring resembles a flowery wind rose, with a sparkling diamond framed in accent stones set at the compass points. The 0.67ct old European cut center stone sparkles in a crisp box, with blade-like petals extending out to form a scalloped compass shape. Old mine cut accent diamonds are set at the cardinal points, and single cuts are set at the ordinal directions. The old European cut diamond has a lovely warm color that contrasts with the icy white platinum and accent stones. Glittering milgrain delineates the ring's geometric shapes. Each slender shoulder is engraved and set with a diamond. This romantic Art Deco piece will make a dramatic engagement ring. Circa 1930.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $5000.
