Woman in the Moon Art Nouveau Pendant
This diamond-studded Art Nouveau pendant is a witchy wonder. A woman's face, presented in profile, gazes off at a distant star. The whiplash lines of her flowing tresses form a crescent: she is the Woman in the Moon. A bright little diamond is prong set between the crescent's points, like a far-off wishing star. Exquisitely sculpted in 14k gold. This magical pendant hangs on a figure "8" bale from a 14k gold cable chain. Powerfully romantic, romantically powerful. Circa 1890.
Details.....The pendant measures .50" by .56", and the chain is 18" long. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
